People don't always work together against a common foe if they don't like 
each other. In WWII, the Polish Partisan groups that worked against the Nazis, 
didn't always work with the Jewish resistance groups. In some cases they gave 
the Jewish groups away to the Nazis. Snape doesn't betray Sirius, but Harry 
doesn't see it that way.
