Narcissa does seem to be the only possible avenue for Draco's
redemption. I can see Lucius doing something to put her in danger,
making a choice that puts her in great peril. Draco might realize
that his father isn't so much an idealist, a believer in V-Mort's
cause, but is instead an opportunist, using the Dark Arts as a means
to further his own sphere of influence.
I would think that Narcissa _could_ kill, but doesn't see a need to,
unless she's protecting Draco. She's not nice, but I don't think
she's actively evil.
