Actually, if you go to the UK Patent Office's trademark search http://www.patent.gov.uk/ and type in "Harry Potter" you will come up with the 5 titles we already know and three more new ones, all patented around the same time (in 2000) by Warner Brothers - Harry Potter and the Alchemist's Cell, Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat, and Harry Potter and the Chariots of Light.   Food for thought.
