It will be impossible for [Harry] to fight in a wizard duelling, so the only way that remains is someone that weakens Voldemort: Then he won't be able to use his wand against harry and Harry will kill him. Who will have this task for you ? I thought Nevill but Dumbledore could as well.

Why can't they duel? You have the strange "Priori Incantatem" effect, but that only happens when two spells collide, right? And if it does happen, Harry's beat Voldemort at a test of wills before. 

Personally, I think something very wacky has to happen if he and Harry duel again. Unless there's another magical defense or someone leaps in to complicate things (*cough* Wormtail *cough*), I'm not sure that Harry's skills, though substantial, are up to Voldemort's level.
