I'm not sure if Susan Bones' parents were killed.  When the DEs 
escaped from Azkaban they were talking about how those who came from 
Wizarding families had grown up hearing the names of the 
DE's.  "There were relatives of their victims among the Hogwarts 
students..."  "Susan Bones, who had an uncle, aunt and cousins who 
all died at the hands of one of the ten, said miserably during 
Herbology that she now had a good idea what it felt like to be 
Harry."  Page 550.  I think if her parents would have been killed it 
would have been mentioned in this paragraph also.
