An unknown member of the Order?

I just don't think it's Dumbledore, somehow.  Hermione said they'd 
only seen him twice all summer because he was so busy, so it sounds 
like he doesn't regularly attend meetings. And wouldn't they have 
seen him when the meeting was over and all the witches and wizards 
came out into the hall?  Harry sees Snape, and everyone who escorted 
him to GP, but there's no mention of Dumbledore.  I guess he could 
have apparated, but then, why doesn't everyone?  For some reason, 
everyone seems to come and go by the front door.  I suspect the 
important person they'd been waiting for was one of the wizards in 
the group unknown to Harry.
