No draco was interested in it in the book- it didnt grab harry but 
it didnt just sit there either- maybe the importance of it is 
that "it gives light only to the holder" or something liek that (i 
dont have the book that was just what i remember) it sounds a little 
like that the supposed green flame torch is supposed to do- similar 
lines.. so maybe this is important
