I have been trying to pay attention to this as well.  Also, I wonder 
if there is a difference between people who call Lord Thingy "You-
Know-Who" and "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named".  The first time I read CoS 
and Dobby calls Volde HWMNBN, I thought that was a clue to someone 
like Ollivander who also used this moniker.
