Good eye, I think you are on to something.

George takes the betting slip from Bagman, and George puts the slip
into the front of his own robes. (Some interpreted this as Bagman
putting the slip in his, Bagman's, robes)

But, in the kitchen at the Weasley's, Molly is Summoning the Ton
Tongue Toffees away from Fred and George, and the clothing they are
wearing is specifically mentioned. Toffees zoomed out of the lining of
George's jacket and the turn-ups of Fred's jeans. I think it is safe
to assume that the twins dressed in similar clothes, althought that's
not necessary since it specifically says George is wearing a jacket.

Just a thought.
