In response, I wrote:

To which James pointed out:
"Yo Wendy, George is doing the tucking, not Bagman."
Now me (Wendy) again:
OOPS! You're right. My bad <g>. So, let's find some canon which is actually
relevant! <g>:
GoF: page 64 (UK hardcover): "Mrs. Weasley pointed her wand at George's
pocket and said, "Accio!"
And then on page 65: "Accio! Accio! Accio! she shouted, and toffees zoomed
from all sorts of unlikely places, including the lining of George's jacket
and the turn-ups of Fred's jeans."
So, George is wearing a jacket (and probably jeans, as well). Unless he
changed at some point before meeting Bagman, then this apparently *is* a
flint.
