LoL.  Yep, that would be the way you'd pronounce it in America.  
However, and maybe it's just my German background coming into play
(although I have no clue if this is a german word, but for some 
reason, thats what I think of) but I've been pronouncing it

WIZ-zin-gaw-MOTE

Wiz as in wizard, like you said, en very fast and very soft with 
more of an in then an en sound.  Ga with a soft a, as in awe with a 
g in front(hard g), and mot with a strong O, as in a moat that 
surrounds a castle. Emphasis on the first and last syllable.  Well, 
at least that's how this Canadian with German background would 
pronounce this(should I say that my German accent is horrific?)
