Perhaps Snape was not lying at all.  Assuming Snape was talking 
about the prophecy and Harry's getting closer to the DoM, maybe 
Snape knows that the prophecy is not about Harry after all and thus 
he would not be lying when he said "none of which concern you."  I 
assume that is what the discussion about lying is about, as it seems 
obvious to me that Harry really does not understand much in the 
DoM.  I don't think there is enough solid information about who the 
prophecy is about to assume that Snape was lying (I don't think 
that "Dumbledore says so" is solid evidence...remember that Ferinze 
(sp?) says humans are not very good with prophecies).
