Hmmm, sort of reminds me of Frodo. The tragic hero, in my mind. I 
always thought it so sad that Frodo is so damaged by his quest with 
the Ring and remains 'alone' while Sam, Merry and Pippin go on to 
marry and have families.

Could happen with Harry. I hope not, but I can see you point.
