There's a lot of characters that use "Dark Lork" instead of 
Voldemort or Lord Voldemort

Persons who use the word Dark Lord instead of Voldemort

- Dobby 
- Ernie Mcmillian
- The dwarf who is delivering valentines when he is reciting Ginny's 
poem to Harry, he uses the Dark Lord too
- Tom Riddle calls himself the Dark Lord 
- Proffesor Trelawney 
- Peter Pettigrew 
- Mr Crouch 
- The Death Eaters in the trials that Harry sees in DD's pensieve
- Croouch Jr 
- Malfoy 
- Kreacher 
- Phineas 
- Snape 
- HArry when he is talking to Bellatrix in MoM
- Mr Malfoy 

Almost all the ones that call him Dark Lord are the ones related to 
him (in a way or another), except for Trelawney but she was in a 
sort of a trance and HArry who just was talking to Bellatrix that 
one time. The only one that surprise me was Ernie Mcmillian, why 
would he call Voldemort like that???
