It would be nice of them, but I don't think Harry would want a thank-
you gift.  He gave the twins the money partially out of kindness, 
but also partially out of wanting to wash his hands of it.  He felt 
guilty and didn't want to profit in any way from winning the 
Triwizard cup (and in his mind, from Cedric death).  If the twins 
understamd this, then getting him a gift would be very insensative 
of them.
