Hermione and Ron have a budding thing for each other
GoF pretty much hammers us in the head with it

Ron's Jealous of Hermione's relationship with "Vicky"
but Ron's feelings seem pretty obvious (even to Harry)
Now about Hermione
Hermione is furious when Fleur kisses Ron on the cheek, 
Also Hermione say two things to Ron that could support this

"just because it's taken YOU three years to notice,Ron,doesn't 
mean that no one ELSE has spotted I'm a girl!

and then later

"Well, if you don't like it, you know what the solution is, don't
you? 
Next time there's a ball, ask me before someone else does, and 
not as a last resort!"

sounds like a girl waiting for the boy she likes to notice her to 
me. Suggests that maybe if he asked her first she would have 
gone with Ron instead.

I know a lot of posts are about Hermione and Harry spending 
more time together, but isn't this because the books are from 
Harry's POV. Ron and Hermione spend much more time 
together (usually because Harry's stuck with the Dursley's or has 
too much on his plate). Who knows what goes on when Harry's 
not around.
