Krum. Will he be making a return?

me: Yes, Krum is a Quidditch player, but that doesn't mean he 
couldn't also be a secret member of the Order. Yes this may sound 
far-fetched; but in OOP Hermione and Ron tell Harry that Charlie is 
a member of the order, but is still in Romania. "Dumbledore wants as 
many foreign wizards brought in as possible..." So why not have him 
in the order? He's an international Quidditch player, which means 
that he is constantly travling and can therefore give an acount of 
what's going on in other countries in the LV area. Why not? Fleur 
made a return?
