Well Fawkes only gave up two feathers during the fourth book. Maybe 
after that time, he gave up another feather that was used for the 
core of another wand. Dumbledore could have asked Ollivander to 
create another phoenix feather wand and test it out on Neville, just 
in case Voldemort decides to go after him... :)
