Yes, JK has stated that in one of her interviews
(dunno which), but 
I also think that wizards usually don`t live that
long. In OOP 
McGonnagal is considered to be not the youngest
anymore (in health 
terms) and she is in her 70. I believe that wizards
live up to 
around 100 maybe 110, but don`t get much older. Im
pretty certain 
that DD somehow extends his life.
