Really? Voldemort is behind his childish, self-centered behavior? Do
you think Voldemort was around when my daughters were going through
puberty? It might explain a lot.
Frankly, Harry's attitude didn't seem any different than a lot of
teenagers' who think they're misunderstood and know more than their
elders. They say inappropriate things and make foolish decisions that
they regret, in Harry's case Sirius dies as a result of one of them.
Modern day teenagers, drag race cars on freeways, experiment with
drugs, try dangerous stunts just to see if they can do them, knowing
all along that they "shouldn't" do it and, seemingly, not caring who
they hurt along the way. Wouldn't it be nice to blame the "devil" for
it all.
