I think the person no one really suspects dying is Dobby. Dobby is a 
big fan of Harry, I think he also became a friend of Harry in Goblet 
of Fire. JKR mentioned that she enjoyed writing the person that would 
die a horrible death in Order of the Phoenix, I think she probably 
liked writing Dobby in Chamber of Secrets and Goblet of Fire.
Other people like Hagrid, Snape, Lupin, and many other characters 
could be the big death, but they are just way to easy to predict. We 
all know how clever JKR is, no one would suspect Dobby of being the 
one to go.
