In the end of PS/SS, Hagrid gives Harry a photo album of pictures of his
parents.  Hagrid said he sent letters to old friends of James and Lily to
get pictures to give to Harry.  Now, this could simply mean old classmates
who were somewhat friendly with the Potters (like Lavender and Seamus would
be classified in connection wtih the Trio), but this could also cover any
old friends of Lily's.
