Hello, new here, with a different theory.
Maybe the mirror can show the future. Harry's parents may not really
be dead, maybe they are in hiding. I believe only a few select
wizards would know about this though. What if the curse used on them
actually did not kill them, but erased their memories? Also What if
Harry does have a sibling, say a brother, that was also affected by
that curse (Neville)? I haven't worked out everything in my mind
yet, so I find it hard to explain. I do plan on letting everyone know
when I figure it out for my self.
