I don't know the exact answer to your question, but I do know that most 
stores have them before the release date (the van doesn't arrive just at midnight 
the night of the event with the books). And that means that if you work at a 
bookstore, you will have access to OoP sometime before June 21. At least, that's 
how it works at Borders.
