Narcissa Malfoy was at the Quidditch-Cuo. So she is not new. But 
while writing this, I just realised, that I am not sure if she said 
anything.

Avery, however, had already a voice during the meeting of the Death 
Eaters after Voldemorts return. If Mrs Lestrange was the woman from 
the pensieve trial (which is IMO highly likely), she, too, had 
already a voice. Real Mad Eye Moody was also at the pensieve trials 
and made some comments, besides, I think that the impostor had the 
same voice as him.
