Well, I really love Dd's sense of humour, so most of my favorite sentences come from him:

1.- "I am not joking, Mr. Weasley," he said (Dumbledore), "though now that you mention it, I did hear an excellent one over the summer about a troll, a hag, and a leprechaun who all go into a bar...."  GoF, Ch. 12.

2.- "It's lucky it's dark. I haven't blushed so much since Madam Pomfrey told me she liked my new earmuffs." PS/SS. Ch. 1
