Um, I'm a little confused as to the legality of this

the now banned excerpt? Or just not supposed to

Ok, after reading and hearing the 'illegal' clip from
the OoP audio book, my head is spinning with ideas and
I've become way too excited about the upcoming
release. Anyways, here's my prediction:

The boy lying in the flower bed is Dudley. He's lying
there because he's unconcious after Dementors (sent by
Fudge under pressure from Lucius Malfoy who is
insisting that Harry murdered Cedric Griggory) storm
the Dudley household. Harry casts a Petronus to drive
the dementors away, but ends up facing MOM problems
for using underage magic, leading to the scene in the
banned excerpt.
