Did Ron bring Scabbers to Harry's house on either of his trips (CS or Gof)? 
If so, Peter knows where Harry lives. Perhaps the Dementor's were sent by V 
and not the ministry (sorry, haven't heard the AOL clip). What are the 
spells preventing V from getting to Harry at the Dursley's house?

There was a mention of a special room in OOP which was mentioned in GoF but 
not developed. I hope it is the room with Chamber Pots Dumbledore discovered 
one morning when he had an exceptionally full bladder.
