Please ignore that awful post! Scabbers was atop the fish tank in Ron's room 
when Harry arrived via Mr. Weasley's car. And of course, he had run away at 
the end of PoA. Thanks for keeping my head straight.

As far as regrowing limbs, V. was smart enough to make a hand for Peter. I 
wonder what the significance of the silvery substance is. He doesn't have a 
finger missing anymore, since it was the same hand. Could that make him 
harder to detect?

About the 127 voices, you are correct. I'm sorry I did quote the higher 
number and feel sorry for Jim Dale having to do 134 for OoP. But with my 
13-year-old hogging the book, I'll get started with the tapes.
