to help HRH defeat Voldemort and then go on. Just a thought. What
does everyone else think?
I think not - Moaning Myrtle (though she wants to haunt Olive and
others who teased her) - but the basilisk WAS killed by Harry, the
truth WAS revealed... and Voldemort was defeated and nearly died when
Harry was one.
Unrevenged death to cause a ghost - like a revenge was a good thing??
I think not. "Happiest wizards don't become ghosts"
I think it's more to do with obsession, some thing still holding one
back - habit for Binns, avenging to Olive for Myrtle, desire to join
headless haunt for Nick... Disability to let go.
