IMHO, it could be that out of all the students at Hogwarts a small 
percentage of them are Jewish or Muslim or Buddist.  Probably in 
similar proportions to the British population as a whole.  There are 
hundreds of students that we don't know anything about. Why couldn't 
some of them be from different religions? Just because the school 
decorates, etc. for Christmas and Easter doesn't mean that 100% of 
the students celebrate those holidays.  Many schools and business 
will decorate for the major religion and leave the individuals who 
don't practice that religion to decorate their spaces themselves.
