Okay, I don't have my book here (Inever seem to have them when i NEED them!)
but doesn't Lupin or Black in POA explain that the Maurders studied and
worked to become Animagi so they could join Lupin on Full Moons. Please
correct me if I am wrong. So going by this it would make sense that Hermione
could become an Amimagus as well, she does study an awful lot and she did
the research to find out about them in the first place.
