At first I though it was Hagrid, but as time passed I more incline to 
say that it is going to be one of the Weasley, pretty much for the 
same reasons that you have stated. They are the only complete family 
that we see in the books (complete and loved family because there's 
also the Dursleys) and a death from one of them will not only hurt 
the readers but the main characters. Ron, because it is going to be 
one of the members of his family; Hermione, because she is close to 
the Weasley, she has spend time at their house; and Harry since I 
think he thinks of them as part of his family.
I think it could be Mrs Weasley or Percy
