Well, I checked the pictures of the school class list in the Photo 
archives, and there's not a Fawcett listed there.  That leads me to 
believe she's not in Harry's year.  That (along with not being old 
enough for the tournament) would put her in either her fifth or sixth 
year during GOF, so she'd be a sixth or seventh year this year.  
Having been mentioned several times, I think it's very likely that 
she will eventually be important.  (Then again, I tend to think 
Hannah Abbot will be important because she's been mentioned in each 
book, but that could just as easily be explained by the fact that 
she's on the top of the list of kids in Harry's class, so Jo tends to 
use her when she needs someone minor to say something.)
