  all I have to say is that, althought I would remain a true Potter fan,
that would be devastating for me.  I truly hope that JKR likes toying with
her interviewers by
  throwing some red herrings into her replies!

  [Anita Hillin] Please forgive me if this is a second post; my computer
crashed as I attempted to send the first.  I think JKR is very likely to
toss us a red herring about Harry's survival (or not) past the seventh
novel.  That is the ultimate spoiler!  I'm heartened by the fact that that
"right old fraud" Professor Trelawney continually predicts Harry's death.
Until she does so in a trance, I'm sanguine about his chances for survival.
