I have both the regular UK versions and the adult versions in paperback. Their is no text difference in these books. The covers are different and the lead in fly leaves are different in that the Hogwarts Crest and motto, "DRAGO DORMIENS NUNQUAM TITILLANDUS" is missing from the adult versions. I believe that this is not in the US edition anyway.
Just in case anyone is not familliar with this motto it means, "never tickle a sleeping dragon". Pretty good advice I would say.
