Rita Skeeter: Hermione is obligate to turn her into the ministry

As Rita would be an unregistered animagi, Hermione would be morally 
and legally obligated to turn her over to the Ministry of Magic for 
registration and most likely a trial.




All this is too bad as I stil say the carnivorius plants would be 
better suited for her. Here is hoping she is no longer part of the 
story.
