I would like to think that Harry's brief break into Snape's mind and 
his experience in the Pensieve will soften HIS attitude towards Snape 
also. Seeing Snape's miserable childhood, that he was bullied and 
probably neglected just as much as Harry had been provides an opening 
for empathy and compassion to grow (a quality I believe his mother 
Lily possessed in by the bucket load).
