But some of my absolute favorites must be:

Vernon: Do I look like someone who's easily intimidated?
Moody: Why, frankly, yes!

McGonnagall: Did you shout at Professor Umbridge?
Harry: Yes
McG: You called her a liar?
Harry: Yes
McG: You told her You-Know-Who is back?
Harry: Yes
Mcg: Have a biscuit, Potter.

Vernon: Watching the news again?
Harry: Well, It changes every day, you know?
