Well even if they were in house together (which I think they were) I can 
understand why Lily would call James "Potter" if she really thought he was 
such a git. But I dunno about why James would call her Evans.

Maybe that there was _a_ prophecy but not what it was. Just because of the 
way they were talking in Arthur's room at St. Mungo's.

I would imagine Aurors are now watching Azkaban.

And I think Voldemort probably freed his Death Eathers only, didn't really 
have need of the others. Even if they could escape now that the Dementors 
were gone, they probably weren't mentally or physically fit to make it and 
had no wands.

You know how Harry feels after Voldemort is particularly murderous? All 
wiped out, etc. Maybe thats how Voldemort was after being ousted by Harry's 
heart/love/human quality. Dumbledore might would know this, plus DD says 
that he could sometimes see Voldemort taking over in Harry's eyes 
(paraphasing).

Check out PoA _Snape's Grudge_, I think that's 14, same thing. I swear I 
don't understand that woman's interpretation of characters discriptions AT 
ALL. Heck look at Dobby...
