OoP: Harry and Cho

Did Cho REALLY expect Harry to just blow off Hermione, who has been 
his friend since Halloween of their first year and who he has risked 
his life with?

Get over your Cho-ness, woman!

I wished Harry would have said to Cho when she complimented him on 
that interview he gave: "Yeah, that's why I had to meet Hermione. 
Rita Skeeter owed her a favor and she was the one who set it up." 

The "bet you feel stupid now!" part of that could have been left 
unsaid, but hanging out there for both to see.

Here's what I loved about Harry. When I was 15, I would have been 
just as apt to say anything or squelch mine own feelings to ensure 
the hot girl kept liking me. Not our boy. When Cho's friend turns on 
the group, Harry lets Cho know that he doesn't want to hear any whiny 
justification.

Harry and Cho are dead. Gone. Over. Good first kiss, but nothing 
further.

Bring on Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood!
