It is, but there were no witnesses beyond a convicted and escaped DE,
and we know their voices don't carry strenght before a tribunal. So no
danger of Harry being put in jail any time soon. The danger it might
have done to his soul is open to discussion, but I myself believe that
if he didn't really want to hurt that woman after seing her kill
Sirius, he's not really cut out to be a DE anyway.

It could be simply a tickling charm with a lot of strength behind it
or, by some of the effects (like Ron giggling and saying incoherent
things) he might be hit by a drunkening charm. At least to me it looked
as if Ron had had a stiff drink too many...
About the bleeding, he could have bit his tongue or sides of his mouth,
or it could be a result of being hit strongly by a curse. I'd have to
check canon, but I think that during the duel lesson in CoS several
students ended with nosebleeds from the jinxes.

And peopole refused to listen when I said Harry could use that to kill
Sirius in the SS... Granted, these were floating in a tank, so Harry'd
probably would've needed to open Black's skull first, but still, we see
that even simple spells can be used in deadly manner. :D

Yes, I think so. It's an island in the middle of nowhere, so escape is
still difficult. They'll have to install more bars and put human guards
(and maybe a few charms, such as anit-aparition, if they're not already
there), but it is still a good place to use as a prison.

Harry is known to be able to produce a corporal Patronus even in
presence of Dementors. He is the only one we've seen doing so - Lupin
and even Dumbledore only manage silvery stuff. So he's a sort of a
legend, and the wizard wanted to see such marvel. Since it was an exam,
he gives him extra points for it, too. Other students aren't asked
because they're not known to be able to, and it is really too advanced
for OWLs.

Most obvious guess is, of course, love. Most obvious guesses have been
known to hit themselves against a wall called "JKR missdirection",
though, so I'm keeping my mind open to other options.
Hope that helps,
Grey Wolf, who is sorry about the dreadful formating of his previous
post, and has taking measures to stop it from happening again
