It can't be a "loop" since the words are not repeated exactly, after
Dark Lord the first time it says approaches... the second time it 
says will be born...

This is my theory, and I sure hope I am wrong. Perhaps it is repeated 
twice because it is referring to BOTH Harry and Neville. The first 
reference is to Harry. He is "marked" and has the power the Dark Lord 
knows not "love". Neither can live while the other survives, so (deep 
breath) LV kills Harry then Neville kills LV. 
(too awful I know, I sure hope some sees the flaw here)
