Maybe it does refer to them both that the first part part means Harry,
part Neville, and so later in the porphecy "neither" refers to Harry
AND Neville, but the "other" doesn't refer to Harry or Neville, but to
Voldermort... just a thought... since Neville can't "live" with
Voldermort around, and so maybe Together they can kill Voldermort? or
is this jsut me wishing for a happy ending to it all since Harry (and
Neville) have gone through so much... 

I'm very glad we're seeing more of Neville, and he seems to be gaining
confidence.
