I really cannot see how the ending is like "Hollywood". Really I
can't. It is fast moving, supremely theatrical and intensely visual
yes, but this does not mean Hollywood-y in the sense mentioned.
As Rebecca says, it felt like the chaos of battle, and that feverish
intense feeling runs on - through into the Study scene with
Dumbledore.
Harry is now completely on his own again, the support system he has
grown used to (e.g. Sirius,Dumbledore) is in ruins (Sirius dead,
Dubmedore - pro tem - a disappointment). Harry loses his temper
after all this time because he has, quite simply, had enough. He is
frightened, and completely fed up.
There is a feeling that whatever happens, for now all is stable at
Hogwarts once again, which is a good thing. But now Harry knows
exactly what he has to do, and exactly what he is up against and, for
the moment, although he understands much more, he will probably feel
rather abandoned.
I only hope what's left is his support team (Ron, Hermione, Ginny et
al) can cope!
