I'm not saying you're wrong and they were sent there with no trial on the
horizon.  I'm just saying that we have nothing saying that a trial wasn't in
the works, either.  But Lucius and co. aren't going to stay in there that
long, in Draco's mind.  And I don't care for Fudge's idea of justice, never
have.  And he wouldn't even be acknowledging V's return if there hadn't been
all those Aurors there.
