The more I think about it, the more I believe Petunia is a witch.  If 
Lily could be a witch, why not Petunia?  I think she probably flunked 
out of Hogwart's after she didn't pass a requisite number of OWLS.  
This would explain her bittnerness towards her sister and magic in 
general.  I am curious about Dumbledore's howler that 
screamed, "REMEMBER MY LAST, PETUNIA".  He later said it referred to 
the pact they had made when Petunia had agreed to take Harry in, but 
I'm not sure.  My last what?  I guess we'll all have to wait to find 
out!
