I must say that I feel terribly vindicated over this. I was one of the people 
to have postulated that Neville might have also come to Hogwarts with a 
"legacy" wand. (Months ago, and no one wanted to comment on it, so it would take 
way too much sifting through backposts to find it.) I would imagine that he 
might show significant improvement in Charms and Transfiguration next year. (Not 
in Potions, however, given that you have to focus wandlessly in that class.)

Oh have we? Have we *really*? Well, if so, I just lost a great deal of 
respect for Rowling right there. There is no need for a "default" house.
