What's funny here is that due to his skills in Legilimency, Dumbledore
probably knew that Umbridge was lying in regards to the Ministry's
involvement with the Dementors who attacked HP at Privet Drive.  And
yet, he never lets on that he knows, or has skills in Legilimency,
since there is probably more to be gained in knowing when someone is
lying than if they were aware that they couldn't lie to you..
