The mediwizards were the paramedic-like people at the Quidditch 
matches, and such, so the Healers I guess would be like fully 
qualified doctors?  Just a thought, since we haven't heard the 
phrase "healer" outside of relation to St. Mungo's, at least that 
I'm aware of.
